Returns & Replacements


With purchases at, we offer a 30-day, hassle-free money back guarantee. This means that if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can contact us and return it for a refund.

To return an item for any reason, simply contact us via phone 1-970-619-8558. We will get your return processing immediately and give you instructions on how to return your purchase. Unopened Merchandise may be exchanged or refunded. “Unopened” means that the contents have not been removed from its packaging, and all factory seals are unbroken.

Shipping Costs are covered by Blakeman Vacuum & Sewing if there is any problem with your order or the product is defective. Otherwise, general returns are subject to have shipping fees deducted from the refund.

Restocking Fee:

With every return, we will charge a 10% to 70% restocking fee. The only exception where a restocking fee will not be charged is if you are returning a product for an upgrade. A trade in value will be assigned and a return can be initiated. Opened merchandise, damage to merchandise, use, abuse, and product registration can incur deductions to the refund in the form of a restocking fee. If any machine is returned without its original factory box or missing accessories a restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

Regarding items such as bobbins, presser feet, or any other sewing accessory that requests you to provide your machine brand and model: Blakeman Sewing & Vacuum is responsible for all return costs incurred if the part is listed as fitting your machine and it does not.

Defective Merchandise:

If you receive an item that is defective, notify us of the problem to arrange for a repair, replacement or item exchange. Blakeman Vacuum & Sewing is responsible for all shipping/return costs incurred when a product is defective.Warranty defects will be determined by a trained certified technician or agent of Blakeman Vacuum and Sewing. Repair fees, shipping fees, and other costs of processing repair or service may apply if a product is not deemed defective with a visual inspection by a trained agent of Blakeman Vacuum and Sewing LLC

Damaged Product:

If you received your order and it is damaged, e-mail us immediately. If your order is to be delivered by a shipping company, please inspect contents before signing acceptance and note any package damage on bill of lading. If contents inside are damaged, refuse delivery and don’t sign the delivery ticket. Once you sign for the shipment, it is your responsibility to file a claim. Damaged deliveries once signed for are the liability of the purchasing party.

Shipping & Delivery Availability:

We ship out most items normally within 2-3 business days of your order. Some of our products ship directly from the manufacturer or distributor. Products from other vendors usually take an extra 2-5 business days for processing before it is shipped. On some occasions we may not stock certain items in our warehouse or stores, in which case we order them in from our vendors, which may delay shipping up to an additional two weeks or more. Custom-made items ship when they are completed; each custom item should include estimated shipping timeframes in their individual product listings. Possible vendor back orders may occur and further delays may be incurred. The buyer understands these circumstances and agrees to longer lead times where such circumstances apply.
